Returns policy

Simple returns

We accept returns of eligible items. You can return an unopened item in the original packaging within 30 days of the item’s delivery. If 30 days or more have passed after receiving the item, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will examine it and notify you via email if you are entitled to a refund. To follow up on the status of your return, please get in touch with us here.

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some items are not eligible to be returned. Nonreturnable items will be marked accordingly in your shopping cart.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within seven business days.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us here.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
